Based in Somerville, between Davis and Union. We work at your house — there is no showroom to visit. Estimates are booked into the working day, so evening and Saturday slots go first — worth asking early if that is what you need.

What does a job like this actually cost?
Interior rooms in these neighborhoods typically land between $700 and $1,400 each, depending on ceiling height, trim, and how much plaster repair the walls need. A full exterior on a two- or three-family is usually $9,000 to $18,000. We will not know your number until we have seen the surfaces — and the walkthrough and the written quote are free either way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — registered as a home improvement contractor in Massachusetts, with general liability and workers’ compensation covering everyone on your property. Certificates of insurance go out with every quote without being asked for. It is a fair question to ask any contractor, and the hesitation is the answer.
How long will my job take?
A few rooms is usually three to five days. A full house interior runs one to two weeks. An exterior is one to three weeks depending on size, repair work and weather. The quote gives you a date range, and if the weather moves it, we tell you the same day rather than the morning of.
Do I need to move everything out?
No. Move small and breakable things and we handle the rest — furniture pulled to the middle and covered, floors papered and taped, work areas sealed off. We clean up at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job, which matters when you are living in the house while we are in it.
